FASTEK PAYMENT SOLUTIONS INC. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accounting Supervisor to join our dynamic team in Ortigas, Pasig City, Metro Manila. As an Accounting Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the financial integrity and reporting processes of our organization. Job Summary:

The Accounting Supervisor will oversee the financial operations, focusing on settlements, cash management, and transactions reconciliation of a company under payment solutions industry. This role requires a strong knowledge of accounting, journal vouchers and financial reporting preparation to ensure compliance, accuracy and efficiency. 

What you'll be doing

1. Settlement and Reconciliation: 

• Oversee daily transaction of settlement to merchants and ensure accurate recording. 
• Reconcile transactions between banks, partner institutions and internal records. 
• Investigate and resolve settlement discrepancies and disputes in coordination with concern teams.

2. Cash Management: 

• Monitor and manage cash flows to ensure sufficient liquidity for operations. 
• Supervise fund transfers, deposits, and withdrawals to optimize cash handling. 
• Coordinate with banks and payment partners for account-related concerns. 

3. Journal Voucher Preparation: 

• Prepare and review journal vouchers for various financial transactions. 
• Ensure proper classification of revenues, expenses, and adjustments in the ledger. 
• Maintain documentation of all journal entries to comply with audit requirements. 

4. Financial Reporting & Compliance: 

• Assist in preparing financial statements and regulatory reports. 
• Ensure compliance with financial policies, accounting standards, and industry regulations. 
• Support internal and external audits by providing necessary financial data and explanations. 

5. Process Improvement & Team Supervision: 

• Identify and implement improvements in settlement and reconciliation processes. 
• Provide guidance and support to junior accounting staff. 
• Ensure timely and accurate completion of all accounting tasks. 

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. 
• At least 5 years of accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role. 
• Strong experience in settlements, cash management, and reconciliation in the payment industry. 
• Proficiency in journal voucher preparation and financial reporting. 
• Knowledge of accounting software and ERP systems. 
• Familiarity with industry regulations and compliance standards. 
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. 
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities. 
• CPA certification is a plus but not required.
