Platinum Outsourcing is an award winning, Australian owned and managed co sourcing BPO – operating out of both the Philippines and Indonesia. We are a fast growing scale-up, opening our first offices in the Philippines only 4 years ago (and growing to 170+ employees in that time).

We have plans to expand to 200+ employees before April of this year.

We are seeking a candidate with a minimum of 3 years experience as a Management Accountant, ideally within a shared services environment, serving the AUS, UK, and US regions. 

Pioneer account, our client is a data analytics, SaaS company, operating across multiple regions globally.

What You'll Do:

• Manage Deferred revenue schedules and monthly revenue recognition for SaaS
  
  revenue stream
• Analysis of monthly Sales and P&L; cross-functionally business partnering with key
  
  stakeholders to achieve both financial and non-financial metrics
• Prepare monthly management reports and dashboards on company performance
  
  including Financial, non-financial and SaaS specific KPIs
• Assist with the preparation of budgets and forecast and ongoing outlook reporting
•  Support the wider business to deliver continuous simplification, process
  
  improvements and automation to management reporting and associated systems
  
  and processes
• Manage calculations, recording and reporting of CAPEX for software development
• Assist with the management of related parties transactions between the legal
  
  entities in the group
• Enhance communication of financial performance to non-financial stakeholders and
  
  drive efficiencies and automation of reporting
• Participating in projects to improve processes and systems to improve operational
  
  performance and live time reporting capabilities

What We're Seeking:

• 3 years experience as a Management Accountant, ideally within a shared services environment, serving the AUS, UK, and US regions
• SaaS experience highly regarded
• CPA preferred but not essential
