Senior Accountant
POSITION SUMMARY:
The Senior Accountant is responsible in ensuring the accurate and timely completion of month-end end close, accounts reconciliation, account analysis, financial reports and compliance with statutory reporting and SOX/internal audits.
Responsibilities:
- Lead in FS preparation and completion of various accounting tasks account reconciliations, account analysis and financial reports
- Handles Inter-company accounting - reconciliations and confirmations.
- Manage and prepare Balance sheet accounts reconciliation using Blackline System.
- Ensure compliance with external, internal controls and SOX (Sarbanes-Oxley).
- Track, review and approve purchase requisition and ensure compliance with the company policy.

Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy and must be a CPA
- At least 5+ years of General Accounting work experience

- Must have the ability to work in a cross-cultural team, assertive, good leadership, team player, and flexible
- Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment and able to meet deadlines

TAX SUPERVISOR
POSITION SUMMARY:
Ensure accurate and timely compliance to tax reporting requirements of government agencies such as Bureau of Internal Revenue, Philippine Economic Zone Authority, Board of Investments, and Securities and Exchange Commission.
Responsibilities:
- File and monitor compliance on various tax payments and regulatory fees with the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR), Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA), local government and other government agencies.
- Maintain subsidiary records of tax related accounts and reconcile tax dues and recorded payable.
- Calculate the monthly income tax provisions, deferred income taxes and balances for deferred assets and liabilities.
- Prepare reports required by management relating to tax planning, tax related accounts and balances.
- Ensure issuance of CWT Certificates (BIR Form No. 2307) to vendors.
- Statutory and Regulatory reporting. Ensure compliance with reportorial requirements to BIR, PEZA, Board of Investment (BOI), Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), local government and other government agencies
- Assist on merger and acquisitions, dissolutions and withdrawal of licenses, and creation of new entities, undertaken by the Company as a result of tax planning and positioning.
- Financial Statements and BIR Audits. Assist during the interim and year-end audits by external auditors and assist in the preparation of necessary year-end schedules and reconciliations, and the Financial Statements. Liaise with BIR and other government agencies regarding audits, permits and other requirements.
