Brief Description

We are looking for four (4) Business Intelligence Developers to expand our team, specializing in Analytics Engineering (2) and Reporting (2). These roles will take ownership of data modeling, enterprise reporting, and data governance, ensuring data consistency, performance, and compliance. The ideal candidates will collaborate closely with engineering, finance, compliance, and business teams to build scalable BI solutions that enhance data-driven decision-making across the organization, depending on their designated focus area.

Responsibilities

• Data Architecture & Optimization: Design and enhance large-scale data models for efficiency, scalability, and cross-functional usability.
• Enterprise Reporting & Automation: Develop and manage financial, regulatory, and operational reports, ensuring accuracy and automation.
• Data Governance & Quality Assurance: Implement best practices for data standardization, compliance, and governance across reporting layers.
• Business Metric Standardization: Lead efforts to align and standardize key business metrics across reporting platforms.
• Collaboration & Impact Analysis: Work closely with engineering, finance, legal, and compliance teams to align with audit and regulatory requirements.
• BI Tool Optimization: Manage and enhance Tableau-certified sources and other BI tools to support enterprise-wide analytics.
• Self-Service Analytics & Enablement: Develop self-service reporting frameworks, enabling analysts and business users to extract insights independently.
• Mentorship & Stakeholder Communication: Mentor junior analysts and developers while effectively presenting insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5-8 years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or financial reporting.
• Strong expertise in SQL and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, etc.).
• Analytics Engineering: Preferably with experience in Snowflake and DBT.
• Reporting: Knowledge of data governance, compliance, and financial/regulatory reporting requirements.
• Background in designing high-performance data models and automating reporting frameworks.
• Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights.
• Experience mentoring junior team members and fostering a data-driven culture.
