Responsibilities:

• Create stories, especially videos, that move people! You will develop and execute content for Human Nature, the largest brand of genuinely natural personal care products in the Philippines
• Conceptualize, shoot, produce, edit, schedule, and publish video and other multimedia content daily on different social media channels (FB, IG, Tiktok, YT)
• Ensure quality control and accuracy of content, aligned with the style and strategy of Human Nature
• Curate and produce engaging stories from externally generated content (audience, press, social media)
• Audit, refresh, and repurpose previously published high-value content
• Be a steward of the Human Nature voice and brand of communication, helping it always ring true while adapting to the fast-changing media landscape.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of AB Multimedia Arts or any four-year course.
• Strong track record in producing video content and other types of multimedia, minimum 2of years; portfolio required (beauty/personal care/social enterprise/development work content preferred)
• With experience in developing and implementing a social media content plan based on objectives, exposure to tracking metrics and re-casting strategy
• Used to quick turn-around time in developing content; should be able to demonstrate discipline in work through past work experiences.
• Strong in video production and editing.
• Knowledgeable and experienced in creating/uploading content in various social media channels
• With a good eye for aesthetics and keeps up-to-date with content trends
• Shares our advocacies
• Organized and able to work independently; persistent at following through on projects even while working remotely
• Willing to work onsite 2-3 days a week
• Willing to venture out, if required to do shoots
