What you will do:

• Works on administrative duties supporting the needs of the department to ensure office operations run smoothly and successfully to support team needs.
• Assists in facilitating transactions and validating billings
• Ensures completeness & correctness of documentation, reconciliation, and updates for accounts
• Supports the team with validation of transactions between the organization and other parties
• Maintains and organizes office operations, procedures, systems, and other clerical functions
• Submits timely reports, prepares billings, and requests for payment to service providers
• Provides assistance to the team for any environmental compliances if needed

What we are looking for:

• Bachelor’s Degree in any course but Environmental Studies is preferred
• Good communication skills and has great attention to detail
