وصف الوظيفة

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Science in IT or Equivalent
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Systems Analyst
  • Exceptional skills elicitation of requirements and translation of business requirements into functional technical needs and actions
  • Well-versed with systems analysis and design, with technical expertise and broad knowledge on software, hardware, development and integrations
  • Experience in Documentations – Writing Functional Specifications Document and Workflows/Flowcharts
  • With good Written and verbal Communication skill – Should be able to be a communication bridge between Client (Business) and Development Team (either Internal or vendor.
  • With critical thinking, attention to details, knows the logical story breakdown and with logical and with strong Analytical skills
  • Technical Knowledge on development and Project Life Cycle (Preferably with experience working in Waterfall and Agile)
  • With development/programming background
  • Experience in Integrations (API), Microservices, Database, servers and Migrations
  • Well verse with Systems Analysis and Design, preferably with experience on Business Analysis/Systems Analysis role
  • With Experience and exposure on Solutioning and Design


Responsibilities:

  • Researches and analyzes improvement opportunities; Conducts analysis, prepares recommendations, and facilitates efficiency enhancements
  • Develops business requirement documents and specifications as part of a team of System Analysts.
  • Works as directed by management team to research and document business issues involving workflow procedures and processes
  • Analyzes data and works with management to develop creative solutions; Breaks down, decomposes and describes business needs into stories supporting an iterative and incremental delivery model
  • Communicates and negotiates effectively with the business to clarify needs vs. wants/likes in order to balance business direction/requirements with cost of development as well as risks
  • Supports a positive and collaborative digital delivery culture with a philosophy of continuous improvement, development, innovation and excellence, while remaining in compliance with the bank’s policies and procedures and upholding the highest standards of professional conduct.
