DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Finance Operations

• Manage and oversee the daily operations of the finance department, including month-end and end-year process

• Process and monitor Accounts Payable

• Process and monitor Accounts Receivable

• Prepare daily cash reports

• Prepare monthly and annual budget

• Handle and manage bank reconciliations

• Coordinate and liaise with banks for banking needs of the company

Financial Reports

• Prepare financial reports and financial statements and ensure that all significant projects, month-end, and year-end reports are completed accurately and on time.

• Execute accurate reporting that enables sound analysis and financial recommendations.

• Liaise with External Auditors for year-end audit Taxes

• Ensure all monthly tax filings are filed and paid on time

• Handle BIR audit as needed

REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS:

• Bachelor's degree in accountancy

• CPA License is an advantage

• With at least 3 years of progressive experience handling Accounting, Audit, Tax and Finance activities in Supervisory level

• Strong knowledge of financial regulations, accounting principles, and tax laws.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency in financial software and systems.

• Excellent leadership, interpersonal communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Solid understanding of financial statistics and accounting principles.

• Proven knowledge of all statutory legislation and regulations.

• High level of efficiency and accuracy.

• Must be willing to work onsite in BGC
