The Assistant Brand Manager will work closely with the Marketing Director to support strategic marketing initiatives and manage go-to-market activities. This role involves collaboration with internal teams and external partners to ensure cohesive marketing strategies, successful product launches, and promotional campaigns. The ideal candidate should have experience in the CPG sector, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in MS Office tools.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Marketing Director to develop and execute strategic marketing plans.
• Lead go-to-market functions, focusing on product launches and promotional activities.
• Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Trade Marketing, Supply Chain) and external partners (agencies, vendors) to align marketing strategies.
• Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitor activities to drive brand performance.
• Manage marketing budgets and prepare comprehensive reports and presentations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• At least 2 years of marketing experience in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) sector, either client-side or agency-side.
• Strong attention to detail, results-oriented, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly proficient in MS Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
• Strong analytical skills for data interpretation and decision-making.
