About the role


As a Brand Lead at GoTyme Bank, you’ll be at the forefront of shaping our brand’s identity and driving market impact. You’ll own the development and execution of strategic marketing initiatives that elevate the GoTyme brand across all channels, from digital to traditional. You’ll work cross-functionally with teams across product marketing, PR, KOL and creatives, ensuring every campaign resonates with our audience while aligning with our vision. Strategic Brand Leadership


  • Go-To-Market Execution: Lead the development and execution of innovative marketing strategies to launch and grow GoTyme’s product offerings. Ensure campaigns are timely, aligned with market needs, and generate maximum impact.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, creative, digital, and analytics teams to deliver data-driven, results-oriented campaigns that strengthen brand awareness and customer engagement.
  • Campaign Performance Analysis: Understand and analyze market research and track campaign performance. Use insights to optimize strategies and ensure the effectiveness of all marketing initiatives.
  • Competitive Analysis: Continuously monitor trends and competitor activities to adjust positioning and drive GoTyme’s competitive advantage.


Creative and Digital Excellence

  • Innovative Campaign Design: Lead the creative process for multi-channel campaigns, focusing on digital-first initiatives, including social media, app marketing, content creation, and more.
  • Digital Marketing Mastery: Leverage digital channels to drive brand recognition and engagement. Work with the digital marketing team to enhance brand campaign awareness and engagement.


Project Management & Execution

  • End-to-End Campaign Management: Own the lifecycle of marketing projects, from ideation to execution, ensuring timelines, budgets, and deliverables are met with excellence.
  • Stakeholder Alignment: Ensure smooth communication across teams and partners to guarantee alignment on goals, execution, and results.



Must haves


  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in brand or marketing management, preferably in fintech, tech, or consumer services (B2C)
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and brand awareness & engagement strategies
  • Proven project management skills with an ability to lead complex initiatives from inception to completion
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives for diverse audiences
  • High adaptability and ability to thrive in a fast-moving, tech-driven environment
