Job Description

This position is in charge of engaging audiences effectively across various Social Media channels.


Responsibilities:


  • Assist Social Media Manager in developing and executing community engagement strategies on social media.
  • Directly interact with audiences of assigned channel(s) and other identified virtual communities through social media accounts to build brand awareness, & improve net sentiment.
  • Listen, understand queries to provide the best suitable responses at first contact where possible.
  • Moderate all user-generated content in line with the moderation policy for each channel
  • Continuously improve target KPI’s by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information
  • Collaborate with other departments to manage reputation.
  • As needed, work on assigned tasks or projects from other verticals within MCG-Digital Marketing.


The qualifications you have should be:


  • Graduate of Business, Marketing, Communication and other related courses.
  • At least 2 years of work experience in the Communications or Reputation Management field especially in Online Channels.


Must be willing to work on site and be assigned in Makati.
