Job Description

  • Handles telephone inquiries and provides corresponding assistance promptly.
  • Prepares the patient Information sheets of phone-in reports of hospital admissions.
  • Coordinates with the Underwriting Department and the Revenue Management Department to verify the membership and payment status of members who are availing their benefits whether in-patient or out-patient basis.
  • Receives and logs customer complaints using the specified form and tries to deliver solutions/actions to these complaints.
  • Assist internal customers to their various concerns.
  • Willing to work in Alabang

Requirements

  • Graduate of any 4- year course preferably any medical-related course.
  • Knowledgeable in customer assistance, call center handling.
  • Above average communication skills.
  • must be FLUENT in AT LEAST ONE of the following: Cebuano, Ilocano, or Kapampangan
