We want a badass leader who wants to make an impact working with rural communities towards food security and self-sustainability

As ARK’s Director of Operations, you will:

● lead an award-winning team to achieve impact goals, overseeing overall program operations, community relationships, program content, and delving into strategy & partnerships

● lead across the entire spectrum of the flagship program and execute on strategies that will drive program to scale ● work with the team in shaping the program design and project management tools; get on day-to-day calls to sync, organize, and execute together on solutions

● engage directly with community leaders, identify partners’ dreams and motivations, and help problem solve on critical tasks

● be part of senior leadership and team that has oversight and responsibility over overall organizational operations, budget, workflow management, reportorial & legal, as well as talent development

● engage with a spectrum of people, as you work with barangay captains, mayors, officials, community leaders, farmers, fisherfolk--plus ARK’s own global network from Manila to NYC who will help you grow and further your dreams

You are fit for this role if you:

● are a go-getter, independent, and impact-driven. This is a leadership role, where you are the drumbeat to getting things done.

● want to be passionate about the impact and this line of work; you see yourself

thriving in an entrepreneurial environment.

● have around 8 to 15+ years, including management & supervisory experience, any industry;

must be super awesome if less--what we value is having demonstrated the clear ability to:

manage projects and timelines; engage and build relationships with people; and quickly assess

situations, relay it clearly, and come up with solutions.
