Job Title: Senior Vice President / Director

Salary: Up to 4,000 USD gross per month

Location: Makati, Metro Manila, Philippines

Type: Full-time | Hybrid

Job Overview

As a Senior Vice President / Director, you will lead corporate finance projects, provide strategic advisory on M&A transactions, and drive business development. You will collaborate with high-caliber professionals on deals ranging from $10M to $100M across healthcare, retail, and technology industries.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage corporate finance projects from initiation to completion.
  • Provide strategic advisory on equity and debt transactions.
  • Conduct financial analysis, valuation, and due diligence.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and stakeholders.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop the firm’s network.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and mitigate financial risks.


Must-Have Qualifications

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in investment banking, venture capital, or strategy consulting.
  • At least 3 years in a senior role leading transactions.
  • Prior experience in M&A, private equity, or Big 4 consulting.
  • Fluency in English is a must.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills.
  • Excellent financial modeling, valuation, and due diligence capabilities.
  • Strong networking and business development abilities.


Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Experience handling deals in healthcare, retail, tech, or related sectors.
  • A professional certification such as MBA, CPA, or CFA.
