Responsible for monitoring and fulfilling manpower requirements of the company;
Monitor and ensure compliance to approved manpower/staffing plan and processes;
Responsible for job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting qualified applicants through the company’s recruitment channels and tools;
Prepare and maintain recruitment-related forms, tools, tests, etc.;
Assist in preparation of regular recruitment status reports, data, and information;
Assist in the formulation of policies, programs, and activities related to improving recruitment processes and talent acquisition plans or strategies.

Graduate of Business Management, Human Resource, Psychology or any Behavioral Science courses;
At least 1-3 years of work experience in recruitment and selection.
Resourceful, creative, systematic, organized, analytical, and detail-oriented;
Above average verbal and written communication skills;
Above average proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Powerpoint;
