  • Responsible for monitoring and fulfilling manpower requirements of the company;
  • Monitor and ensure compliance to approved manpower/staffing plan and processes;
  • Responsible for job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting qualified applicants through the company’s recruitment channels and tools;
  • Prepare and maintain recruitment-related forms, tools, tests, etc.;
  • Assist in preparation of regular recruitment status reports, data, and information;
  • Assist in the formulation of policies, programs, and activities related to improving recruitment processes and talent acquisition plans or strategies.

Requirements

  • Graduate of Business Management, Human Resource, Psychology or any Behavioral Science courses;
  • At least 1-3 years of work experience in recruitment and selection.
  • Resourceful, creative, systematic, organized, analytical, and detail-oriented;
  • Above average verbal and written communication skills;
  • Above average proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Powerpoint;
