About the Role:

We are seeking an Implementation Specialist to develop compelling content and build profiles that enable companies to effectively manage their employer reputation, attract talent, and enhance their employer brand through strategic content deployment on our client platforms. This role focuses on creating engaging and impactful employer branding pages.


Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure timely and accurate implementation of employer profiles, emphasizing visual and content excellence.

• Observes case work priority matrix and actively tracks performance to achieve individual metrics and team SLAs.

• Identify and resolve technical and design challenges.

• Apply marketing and digital expertise to optimize company profiles.

• Contribute to team objectives and SLAs for implementing employer branding profiles across diverse client tiers, including content strategy planning and execution.

• Delivers post-sales support to clients, including content and media management of company profiles

What You Will Bring:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Marketing, or a closely related field such as Information Technology, Business Administration, or Communications.

• Proven ability to develop and implement successful branding strategies with at least 3 years of experience working in corporate branding and 1 year of experience working for SAS companies.

• Proficiency with photo editing tools, applications, and CRM systems such as Salesforce, Google Workspace, and Canva.

• Strong design acumen to develop visually compelling employer branding profiles.

• Meticulous attention to detail with robust communication and organizational skills.

• Specialized expertise in Marketing, Employer Branding, and digital fluency.

• A client-focused approach to digital advertising and employer branding, committed to delivering exceptional client experiences.

• Critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities with a proactive approach to issue resolution.

• Agility and adaptability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
