Brief Description:

The Trade Marketing Specialist is responsible for analyzing product categories, executing strategies to maximize sales and profitability, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business goals.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1.Transforming the marketing plan for the 4Ps—Product, Price, Place, and Promotion—into channel-specific strategies.

2. Creating of Go To Market plans - how to execute Brand's objectives

3. Monitoring of execution compliance of Go-To-Market Plans

4. Creating customer profiles and categorizing them into specific segments.

5. Monitoring of sales performance based on category and segment.

6. Facilitation regular performance monitoring.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing or Entrepreneurship or Business with at least 2 years experience in the following: FMCG or packaged food industry

2. At least 2 years experience with Category Management, Trade Marketing, Brand Management or Sales background in FMCG, Foodservice or Food B2B

3. Proficient and can operate on MS Office, Slack, Google Suite, NetSuite, and other job-related programs/applications
