Your Mission:

The Multimedia & Graphic Designer is responsible for creating and optimizing high-quality visual content that enhances brand identity, engagement, and conversions. This role ensures all creative assets are aligned with company branding, marketing goals, and industry best practices to maximize audience impact.

Key Focus Areas:

Brand & Visual Identity - Ensuring all multimedia assets align with ADMS’ branding and client expectations.
Engagement & Performance - Designing content that drives audience interaction, social engagement, and conversion rates.

What You'll Do:

• Design & Create compelling visuals for social media, ads, websites, and branded content.
  
• Edit & Optimize multimedia assets (videos, graphics, animations) to enhance engagement and performance.
  
• Collaborate with Marketing & Content Teams to develop high-impact visuals aligned with campaigns.
  
• Ensure Brand Consistency across all digital platforms and client projects.
  
• Stay Updated on Trends to continuously improve design quality and effectiveness.
  
• Manage & Organize Assets to maintain an efficient workflow and content library

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in graphic design, multimedia creation, or related field.
  
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects), Figma, or equivalent tools.
  
• Strong understanding of visual storytelling, branding, and digital content trends.
  
• Experience in video editing, animation, or motion graphics is a plus.
  
• Ability to balance multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
  
• Strong attention to detail and ability to receive constructive feedback.
