Job Description

1. Curriculum Development and Alignment:

· Work collaboratively with faculty to create and refine curricula that uphold high academic standards and intellectual rigor, aligning content with institutional and accreditation goals.

· Ensure that curriculum development is responsive to diverse learner needs and supports a community-focused approach to education.

2. Faculty Development and Pedagogical Support:

· Lead professional development initiatives that empower faculty with advanced instructional methodologies, research competencies, and engagement strategies.

· Elevate teaching practices, foster faculty leadership, and promote inclusive, learner-centered experiences.

3. Student Academic Success Initiatives:

· Develop support systems, including tutoring, workshops, and academic advising, that nurture student potential, address individual needs, and foster academic success.

· Promote an accessible and compassionate learning environment that encourages student belonging and growth.

4. Academic Scheduling and Resource Allocation:

· Manage course scheduling and resource allocation to meet curriculum demands effectively and equitably.

· Prioritize accessible resources that are responsive to the needs of a diverse student body and support faculty in delivering high-quality instruction.

5. Quality Assurance and Program Assessment:

· Conduct regular evaluations of academic programs, using feedback and data to drive continuous improvement.

· Ensure academic offerings meet service excellence standards and align with the school’s vision of a dynamic, learner-centered community.

6. Data Management and Academic Reporting:

· Oversee the collection and maintenance of data on student performance, program effectiveness, and curriculum outcomes, using these insights to inform strategic planning.

· Data-driven reporting supports institutional transparency and accountability, underscoring a commitment to service excellence and continuous enhancement.

7. Collaborative Engagement and Stakeholder Communication:

· Serve as a bridge between faculty, students, staff, and external stakeholders, fostering an inclusive, open academic environment.

· Effective communication promotes a culture of belonging, responsiveness, and mutual respect, supporting a cohesive learning community.

8. Regulatory Compliance and Policy Adherence:

· Ensure all academic programs and activities are compliant with institutional policies, accreditation standards, and educational regulations.

· Ensuring commitment regulatory excellence aligns with the school’s standards of competence, integrity, and accessibility.

9. Academic Event Organization:

· Coordinate academic events, such as orientations, seminars, and workshops, that engage and inspire students and faculty alike.

· Foster a vibrant academic community that values leadership, compassion, and belonging, reinforcing the institution’s mission to be a responsive, learner-centered environment.

10. Overseeing Support Services:

· Oversee and coordinate support services, ensuring they are effectively integrated to enhance the academic experience.

Collaborate with various departments to ensure comprehensive support for faculty and students, aligning services with the school’s mission of excellence and compassion.

1. Educational Background:

· Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Education, Curriculum Development, Educational Leadership, or a related field.

· Master’s degree or relevant certifications in educational administration, curriculum design, or similar areas preferred.

· Doctorate degree or relevant certifications in educational administration, curriculum design, or similar areas is advantageous.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month

Experience:

  • academic coordinator or secretarial: 2 years (Required)

Language:

  • English (Preferred)

Willingness to travel:

  • 100% (Preferred)
