• Lead the development of new flavour profiles for a variety of applications including beverages, bakery, confectionery, sauces, seasonings and savory products.
• Conduct extensive sensory evaluations to assess and refine flavour profiles.
• Utilize knowledge of flavour chemistry, ingredients, and formulation to create innovative solutions.
• Work closely with R&D, marketing, and production teams to ensure timely and successful product launches.
• Provide technical support and guidance to internal teams and clients regarding flavour usage and applications.
• Ensure compliance with relevant food safety and regulatory standards in flavour development.
• Conduct analytical testing of flavours and raw materials to maintain quality standards.
• Support quality assurance initiatives by investigating and resolving flavourrelated issues.
• Stay upto-date with industry trends, market demands, and consumer preferences to identify opportunities for innovation.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform flavour development strategies.
• Mentor junior flavour technologists and provide training on flavour formulation and sensory analysis.
  
  

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Flavor Chemistry, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in flavour development in the food and beverage industry.
• Strong knowledge of flavour chemistry, sensory evaluation techniques, and food formulation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in data analysis and familiar with relevant software tools.
