Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Healthcare Insurance Supervisor based in Pasig, with hybrid work set up.. The Healthcare Insurance Supervisor will oversee daily operations in the sales department, ensuring efficient and effective selling via the Online marketplace. Responsibilities include supervising team members, mentoring, coaching, implementing policies, maintaining accurate records, ensuring compliance with industry regulations, and providing exceptional customer service and sales conversion. The role also involves analyzing data to improve processes and resolve any issues that arise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
• Insurance Assistant Unit Manager experience.
• 1-3 yrs Supervisory Skills, including the ability to lead and manage a Sales team effectively in compliance with company values.
• Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal
• Develop strategies, and solve problems
• Customer Service skills to provide exceptional support to clients, team members, and strong sales conversion.
• Ability to work with a team and within a hybrid work environment.
• Experience in an insurtech or related field is a plus.
