✅Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Ecommerce Specialist at BrandBuzz PH and its affiliate sister company B&B Global Trading. The Ecommerce Specialist will be responsible for managing day-to-day ecommerce operations, implementing sales strategies, providing customer service, and utilizing analytical skills to optimize performance.

The role will handle our managed brands - Currently an Imported Korean Skincare/Beauty Brand.

✅Location:

The role is primarily located in BGC, Taguig with some work from home flexibility.

✅Responsibilities:

• Generate & Increase revenue for assigned brands in eCommerce platforms: Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Shopify. etc.
• Help develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to generate eCommerce sales, including but not limited to identifying target audiences, conducting market research, creating campaigns,
• Lead and Implement Affiliate marketing and Liveselling strategies for our Ecommerce brands.
• Monitor and analyze performance and customer data using a variety of tools and help identify opportunities for improvement and optimization
• Implement & Manager Ads, CPAS and SEO management for managed brands on online e-Commerce platforms
• Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers
• Write, Upload and Edit product listings that will be published on our e-Commerce platforms ensuring accuracy and keyword optimization.
• Set standards, systems, and best practices for new product listings, content creation, supply chain, and maintenance
• Work closely with different teams and stakeholders (product management, marketing, sales, logistics, etc) to ensure smooth operations and optimization of our e-Commerce.
• Monitor competitor activity and market trends including changes in product sales and pricing
• Be a subject matter expert to assigned product categories

✅Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in managing and maintaining e-Commerce websites, marketplaces or similar (Shopee, Lazada, TikTokShop)
• Familiarity with Ecom platforms Seller Centers.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Must have familiarity and interest in influencer Marketing & Livestreaming.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and online tools as tools for PR.
• Able to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, can handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience within the digital and creative industries or an agency setting is an advantage.
• A degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or other related fields is preferred.
