Job Description

Cebu2World Development Inc., a subsidiary of Megawide Corporation, is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Procurement Officer to manage end-to-end procurement processes. Reporting to the General Manager, the role plays a vital function in sourcing, evaluating, and accrediting vendors to ensure cost-effective and timely delivery of goods and services essential to project and operational success. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Source, screen, and accredit vendors based on capability, availability, pricing, and quality. 

  • Evaluate vendor proposals, quotations, and performance against standards and project requirements. 

  • Coordinate with internal departments to align procurement with project timelines and budgets. 

  • Prepare and process Purchase Requests (PRs) and Purchase Orders (POs) accurately and on time. 

  • Maintain an organized procurement database, supplier records, and contract files for audit and compliance purposes. 

  • Contribute to cost control and value engineering by identifying potential areas for savings in procurement. 

  • Assist in procurement reporting, including tracking KPIs, vendor performance summaries, and budget utilization reports. 

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. 

  • At least five (5) years of relevant experience in construction procurement, property and real estate, engineering firm, or a combination of any of these. 

  • At least one (1) year of supervisory experience. 

  • Strong organizational and negotiation skills. 

  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with procurement systems is an advantage. 

  • Willing to work onsite at Carbon Market, Brgy. Ermita, Cebu City, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
