Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for the design and implementation of the Company’s communications strategy to support business goals and strengthen its corporate image.


The Role

  • Develops and executes communication plans and media strategy
  • Organizes and implements internal and external communication tools
  • Crafts appropriate, relevant, and accurate messaging in consultation with PGPC management
  • Manages media relations (print, radio, TV, and social media)
  • Reviews, updates and executes the crisis communications plan
  • Manages and enforces PGPC branding standards
  • Provides communications and branding support for CSR programs
  • Acts as administrator of the PGPC external website
  • Develops and organizes Company collaterals (brochures, advertisements, exhibits, etc.) and handles its inventory
  • Administers contracts with public affairs/communications consultants, advertisers and suppliers


The Individual

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Multi-Media Arts or a related field
  • 3 – 5 years of experience in corporate communications, public relations or media relations, preferably within the renewable energy industry
  • Proficiency in digital marketing and social media strategies
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Willing to be based in Makati City
