POSITION TITLE: Recruiting Associate Manager

WORK SETUP: Hybrid

Responsibilities:

Responsible in driving and monitoring

SLA, KPIs and Quality

Overall responsible for the functional team

Responsible in business reviews on performance with leadership teams reporting of metrics to Process Owners and Clients

Manage performance of Team (OT, utilization, efficiency and productivity)

Coaching and mentoring to the resource

Drives innovation , process improvement and compliance

Collaborate with other stakeholder in ensuring process implementations and improvement

Project Shift Schedule: Morning Shift

Project Rest Day: Weekends

Project/Team Location: Taguig Uptown Bonifacio Tower 3

SKILL AND QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's Degree

At least 5 years of Experience in End-to-End Hiring Fulfillment

Experience from Consulting Companies (Preferred)
