Job Description

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist with expertise in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for niche and specialty roles across both technical and non-technical domains. The ideal candidate is highly skilled in strategic recruitment, talent mapping, and employer branding to ensure we build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.


Key Responsibilities


  • Develop and implement targeted recruitment strategies for niche and mid-level positions.
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, social media, and networking groups.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create compelling job descriptions.
  • Utilize advanced sourcing techniques, including Boolean searches, market mapping, and passive candidate engagement.
  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.
  • Build and nurture a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs.
  • Enhance employer branding initiatives through social media, job fairs, and industry events.
  • Monitor recruitment metrics and provide data-driven insights to optimize hiring strategies.


Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in end-to-end recruitment
  • Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and other talent acquisition tools.
  • Proven ability to engage and build relationships with passive candidates.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR software.
  • Knowledge of industry trends, competitive hiring practices, and best-in-class talent acquisition strategies.
  • Ability to report to work onsite and work on US hours.


Preferred Qualifications


  • Experience in both tech and non-tech recruitment across various industries.
  • US or global recruitment experience is a plus.
  • Experience working in a Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) environment is a plus.
  • Recruitment certifications (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, AIRS, SHRM) are a plus.
