• Lead Generation & Prospecting:
• Identify and research potential clients through various channels (cold calling, email outreach, social media).
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads.
• Outbound Calling & Follow-up:
• Make outbound calls to prospects and engage them in meaningful conversations to introduce company products/services.
• Follow up on warm leads and nurture relationships to ensure conversion into sales.
• Sales Presentations:
• Present company offerings to potential clients, highlighting the benefits and addressing their needs and concerns.
• Closing Sales:
• Close deals by persuading potential clients to commit to purchasing services/products.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions as needed.
• Relationship Building:
• Establish and maintain long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Tracking & Reporting:
• Update CRM and maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and progress.
• Meet monthly sales targets and KPIs.

QUALIFICATIONS:

✔️Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills

✔️Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

✔️A proven track record of achieving sales targets and customer satisfaction goals

✔️Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software and Microsoft Office applications

✔️Willing to work in a hybrid set-up in San Juan City

✔️Willing to work in a fixed night shift schedule (Tuesdays – Saturdays)
