Job Description

As a Senior Business Development Associate, you will play a key role in expanding Kindred’s business by acquiring new enterprise and SME clients, strengthening strategic partnerships, and optimizing business development processes. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building relationships, and is driven by results.


Key Responsibilities

Driving Revenue Growth Through Enterprise and SME Partnerships

  • Identify and engage potential B2B clients, including enterprises and SMEs, for Kindred Health’s employer solutions.
  • Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, ensuring revenue targets are met.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with HR leaders, decision-makers, and industry stakeholders.
  • Develop customized proposals and solutions that address client needs and showcase Kindred’s value.
  • Monitor sales performance, analyze conversion rates, and refine strategies for continuous improvement.


Strengthening Strategic Partnerships and Affiliate Revenue Streams

  • Identify and develop high-impact partnerships with insurance providers, corporate wellness programs, women’s organizations, and industry associations.
  • Negotiate agreements that create mutual value and drive recurring revenue.
  • Grow and manage Kindred Health’s affiliate and referral network, onboarding key partners.
  • Collaborate with marketing to execute co-branded campaigns and activations.
  • Track the performance of partnerships and referral programs, optimizing for growth.


Optimizing Business Development Processes for Scalability

  • Improve lead generation, outreach, and follow-up strategies using CRM tools (e.g., Bird CRM, Apollo.io).
  • Develop standardized sales scripts, templates, and playbooks to support scalability.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights for continuous optimization.
  • Work closely with marketing and product teams to align business development strategies with company goals.
  • Mentor and support junior BD associates to strengthen overall team performance.


What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience in business development, B2B sales, or partnerships.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and closing high-value deals.
  • Strong relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Experience with CRM tools and sales automation platforms.
  • Passion for healthcare, corporate wellness, or digital health solutions is a plus.
