Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Review of all tax returns – EWT, VAT, ITR, etc.
  • Review of Company’s tax exposure on business and accounting practices
  • Responsible on responding to BIR tax assessments/audits
  • Responsible on the regular tax updates to Finance team and to concerned departments
  • Review of contracts to check & assess that terms & conditions maximize profits, limit financial risks & tax compliant
  • Monitor proper contract execution (signed by both parties & notarized) to ensure any obligation arising from said contracts are accounted for
  • Ensure completeness, existence & validity of ALL contracts
  • Oversight function on tax compliance of all CIS entities


QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Graduate of Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
  • Certified Public Accountant/MBA in Finance/Certified Management Accountant
  • At least five (5) years work experience in a Managerial level
  • Excellent financial analysis and reasoning
  • Advanced computer skills on MS Office, accounting software and databases
  • Extensive knowledge in tax compliance and regulations, accounting principles, practices, standards, laws and regulations
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Must be willing to be assigned in Ortigas, Pasig City
