We are looking for a highly skilled Technical Team Lead with expertise in Payments Technology to drive the development and delivery of key features and functionalities. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensure adherence to governance processes, and oversee technical deliverables from inception to deployment.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Define work items and dependencies required for feature and functionality development.
  • Align with the Project Manager on business outcomes, module implementation, and delivery timelines.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are completed within scope, schedule, and budget, following BDO SDLC and governance processes.
  • Assist in vendor evaluation and manage vendor deliverables to ensure technical requirements are met.
  • Coordinate with the Project Manager for project scoping and re-scoping while maintaining an updated build plan.
  • Review infrastructure, security, and solution designs to ensure compliance and efficiency.
  • Evaluate functional and non-functional requirements, test plans, test scripts, and the Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM).
  • Identify, track, and oversee technical issue resolutions, escalating where necessary.
  • Facilitate discussions and resolution of System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) defects.
  • Implement best practices and contribute to the BDO knowledge base.
  • Oversee deployment activities and review deployment instruction guidelines.
  • Provide user support during the Hypercare period and ensure a smooth handover to Application Support.
  • Support the Project Manager in project closure, ensuring all deliverables are documented and lessons learned are captured.
  • Train new Technical Leads in BDO project delivery processes, as required.


Required Skills & Experience:

  • Strong experience in configuring and setting up Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
  • Hands-on expertise in Microsoft technologies, including:
  • Azure
  • Office 365
  • .NET, C#
  • JavaScript
  • SQL Server
  • PowerApps & Flows
  • SharePoint
  • Power BI
  • Proficiency in system architecture, development, and integration.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.


Qualifications:

  • Minimum 8+ years of experience in Payments Technology solutions within an IT company, serving in roles such as Project Manager, Test Manager, or Delivery Manager.
  • Must have served as a Technical Lead or Test Manager for at least 4 years, leading the full lifecycle of application design and development, including early-stage requirement discussions.
