- As a User Research Manager, you will lead the user research efforts for Chongqing Arbitrary Door Technology Co., Ltd’s financial and accounting software.
- Design and implement user research programs to provide deep insights and improvement suggestions for product development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that user experience meets industry-best standards.
- Analyze user data to identify and address user needs and issues.
- Lead and develop the user research team, driving innovation and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree or above in Psychology, Market Research, Design Thinking or related fields.
- Level of Experience: At least five years of experience in user research or related fields.
- Skills and Abilities: Strong qualitative and quantitative research skills, familiarity with user experience design and testing methods.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Lead user research activities, analyze user data, and provide insights to guide product development.
- Working Conditions: Ability to maintain high productivity in a fast-paced work environment is required.
- Quality and Traits: Excellent communication and team collaboration skills, good problem-solving abilities, and innovative thinking.
