THE ROLE:

We are looking for a Senior Account Specialist for our Employee Benefits division who will be responsible for managing key accounts and guiding a team of account specialists to achieve the group's overall objective. 

Responsibilities:

• Monitoring and updating assigned accounts for renewal. Assist the manager in renewal discussion preparations.
• Conduct collection follow-ups in coordination with the credit and collection team 
• Attend to claims concerns in partnership with the claims department
• Daily coordination with the Policy Administration department regarding deliverables (policies, endorsements &, etc.) 
• Providing weekly production & collection reports/analysis

Qualification:

• Graduate of any business-related course
• With at least 2-3 years of experience in account management from insurance brokers or HMO providers.
• Knowledgeable in life insurance lines
• Client-centered approach and detail-oriented
• Proficient in MS Suite Applications
• Excellent oral and written communication skills. Confident in consulting with partners and clients to conduct presentations and handle negotiations.
• Amenable to work onsite in Makati
