Key Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service, handling client inquiries professionally and efficiently.

Manage client registrations, transactions, and documentation with accuracy.

Perform billing and cashiering tasks, ensuring 100% reconciliation accuracy.

Oversee the review and timely dispatch of medical reports, maintaining confidentiality and compliance.

Address client concerns and escalations promptly to ensure effective resolution.

Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) to uphold service quality and operational efficiency.

Qualifications & Requirements

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to handle documentation and administrative tasks efficiently.

Prior experience in customer service or healthcare is an advantage.
