The People Development & Engagement officer plays a key role in enhancing employee growth, performance, learning & development, and workplace culture. This position is responsible for designing and implementing learning and development programs, employee engagement initiatives, and talent management strategies to support workforce (both employees and skilled workers) retention and productivity.

2. Psychology graduate or related courses | MBA major in Human Resource is a plus
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
4. Deep understanding of the construction industry’s workforce challenges and training requirements.
