Qualifications:

• College graduate, BS Degree in IT or any related course
• Minimum 3 years experience as a System Analyst role
• Experience in Java, SQL, and Excel/Spreadsheet. scripting languages,
• Must have experience in data reconciliation or financial reconciliation using tools and methods in dealing with multiple data sources or large volumes of data to serve check and balance and remove the risk of errors.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues efficiently.
• Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross functional teams effectively.
• Can start ASAP / 15 days

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Receives incident ticket filed in the Vendor Ticketing System
• Monitors and troubleshoots project or production issues of the Wealth Management systems and interfacing applications
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve production issues
• Performs root cause analysis and provide solutions to prevent future issues
• Creates and maintain documentation related to production issues and resolutions
• Enforces and maintain processes and procedures to improve production support
• Tracks and provides daily/weekly/monthly reports on system performance and issue status
• Coordinates with internal development teams and/or vendors to ensure issue closure and proper deployment and release of software updates
• Organizes and leads in change management /Change Advisory Board requirements.
• Develop interface programs or tools to resolve project or production issues as needed.
