We have open positions in the hospitality industry here in the USA for Administrative Assistants. We are seeking responsible and qualified Admin Assistants to provide administrative and logistical support to the team.
QUALIFICATIONS
To perform this job successfully, interested applicants must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
- Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE
Our company’s on the lookout for a skilled Administrative Assistant with at least 1 year of related experience and/or training.
A minimum of High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED).
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Organize and schedule appointments
- Plan meetings and take detailed minutes
- Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms.
- Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
- Maintain contact lists
- Book travel arrangements
- Provide general support to visitors / Guests
- Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
- Liaise with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers. Requisito
* Interested applicants must have a valid International Passport
* Must be willing to relocate to the USA as soon as possible if selected for the Position.
* Must not have an existing Ban from entry to the USA
* Must be between the age range of 22-45yrs.
