FULL-TIME REMOTE - Senior C# Developer

Job Description:

• Lead the design, development, and maintenance of scalable C# applications, ensuring performance, reliability, and security.
• Collaborate closely with product owners and stakeholders to define business requirements and propose high-level technical solutions.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior and mid-level developers, conducting code reviews and driving best practices.
• Integrate C# applications with third-party services and backend systems, leveraging REST APIs, Web APIs, and microservices architecture.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues to optimize application performance.
• Drive innovation by staying current with the latest advancements in C#, .NET Core, cloud technologies, and modern development practices.
• Lead Agile development teams, ensuring effective communication and timely delivery of high-quality software.
• Participate in architecture discussions, setting the direction for the technical growth of the team and the project.
• Be responsible for managing multiple projects, meeting deadlines, and delivering high-impact solutions.

To qualify for this position, you must have…

• 6+ years of experience in C# development, with a strong focus on building enterprise-level applications.
• Expertise in C# .NET, .NET Core, REST APIs, Web APIs, and microservices.
• In-depth experience with SQL Server, complex queries, and performance optimization techniques.
• Strong knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), design patterns, and software architecture.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.
• Experience with CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, and other modern development tools.
• Familiarity with unit testing, automated testing frameworks, and performance optimization.
• Leadership experience, with the ability to guide a team, provide mentorship, and ensure adherence to development best practices.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
