About the Role:

We are looking for a Data & Dashboard Analyst to support our managed services team by creating and maintaining dashboards, validating data, and preparing presentation materials. This role focuses on data visualization, reporting, and dashboard preparation to ensure our customer-facing team has the necessary insights to showcase our platform’s capabilities effectively. The ideal candidate will have experience working with Excel, PowerBI, Tableau, or similar tools and be comfortable handling raw datasets to create actionable reports.

Key Responsibilities:

• Dashboard Creation & Maintenance: Build and update dashboards using Excel, PowerBI, Tableau, Google Charts, or other similar tools to support reporting needs.
• Presentation Deck Development: Prepare Google Slides/PowerPoint decks based on input data, ensuring reports are presented in a clear and structured manner.
• Data Processing & Validation: Work with raw CSV/Excel datasets to aggregate and visualize key insights, performing basic accuracy checks against customer-provided sales figures.
• Standardized Report Preparation: Assist in creating pre-defined reports for customers purchasing managed services and billable consulting solutions.
• Segment Builds: Organize and structure data segments aligned with prospect interests to support sales meetings.
• Dashboard Preparation for Sales: Populate pre-built dashboards with relevant datasets to ensure readiness for sales presentations.

Key Qualifications & Skills:

• Experience with Excel, Google Sheets, PowerBI, Tableau, or similar dashboarding tools.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
• Strong understanding of data aggregation, visualization, and reporting.
• Ability to create presentation decks in Google Slides or PowerPoint, optimizing formatting as needed.
• Comfortable working with raw data and structuring it into meaningful reports.
• Strong attention to detail in validating and comparing data for accuracy.
• Ability to work independently in a background role with minimal customer interaction.

Preferred (But Not Required) Skills:

• Experience with Amazon/eCommerce data or related industries.
• Familiarity with advanced technical data analysis tools.
• Prior experience in a reporting or data visualization-focused role.
