Access Healthcare is looking for experienced HR Operations Supervisor to oversee and manage day-to-day HR operations within our BPO set-up. This role is responsible for leading the HR operations team, ensuring efficient execution of HR processes, and driving compliance with company policies and labor laws. The ideal candidate should have 3 to 5 years of experience in HR operations and demonstrated success in people management.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Supervise the HR Operations team and ensure timely and accurate processing of HR-related transactions (e.g., onboarding, offboarding, employee records management, timekeeping, benefits administration, etc.).
  • Ensure compliance with labor regulations, company policies, and internal SLAs.
  • Partner with internal HR teams (e.g., Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits, Employee Relations) to deliver seamless HR services.
  • Oversee HRIS updates, reporting, and documentation in coordination with relevant stakeholders.
  • Handle escalations related to HR operations and provide resolution in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage and monitor employee data integrity and audit HR documents and records.
  • Support implementation of process improvements and HR projects that enhance employee experience and operational efficiency.
  • Prepare and present HR operational reports and analytics to management.
  • Train, coach, and develop HR Operations staff to achieve team goals and service standards.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in HR operations within a BPO or shared services environment.
  • At least 1 to 2 years of people management or supervisory experience.
  • Strong knowledge of HR systems, processes, and Philippine labor laws.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and HRIS tools.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
