Job Overview

We are looking for a Part-time Social Media Manager to grow and enhance our client’s presence on Instagram. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing Instagram-focused strategies, creating engaging visuals and reels, and managing the account to boost brand awareness, showcase projects, and drive audience engagement.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a social media strategy to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  • Manage and grow our Instagram and other social media accounts, ensuring a strong and consistent brand presence.
  • Edit, and schedule high-quality content, including project highlights, time-lapse videos, team spotlights, and behind-the-scenes updates.
  • Design engaging graphics, banners, and marketing materials using Canva or other design tools.
  • Maintain a content calendar to ensure timely posting and alignment with marketing goals.
  • Monitor trends, track analytics, and optimize content strategy based on engagement and audience insights.
  • Upload and manage website content and project images to keep our portfolio up to date.


Requirements

  • 1-2+ years of experience as a Social Media Manager or in a similar role, preferably in construction, real estate, or related industries.
  • Strong understanding of content strategies
  • Proficiency in Canva or other graphic design/editing tools.
  • Experience with content scheduling tools (e.g., Later, Hootsuite, Buffer, or Meta Business Suite).
  • Ability to create engaging visuals, captions, and project showcases.
  • Basic website management skills for content and image uploads.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in social media insights and performance tracking.
  • Excellent communication skills and an eye for visual storytelling.
