• Develop, manage, and optimise Google Ads campaigns, including Search,
• Display, Shopping, and Performance Max campaigns.
• Monitor campaign performance daily, ensuring alignment with business objectives and budget constraints.
• Identify opportunities for new campaigns and ensure existing campaigns meet performance targets
• Manage and monitor advertising budgets to ensure cost-effective spending while achieving high ROI and ROAS.
• Make data-driven adjustments to maximise profitability and overall campaign efficiency
• Collaborate with internal teams to create engaging ad copy, visual assets, and landing pages that drive conversions.
• Implement A/B testing to refine creatives and optimise campaign Effectiveness
• Design and execute seasonal and promotional strategies tailored to business goals and market trends.
• Identify peak opportunities to boost campaign performance during key sales periods
• Regularly review performance metrics, including impressions, click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, and ROAS, using Google Ads dashboards and analytics tools.

• A minimum of 2 years’ hands-on experience managing Google Ads accounts for eCommerce.

• Proficient in analysing data to identify trends and make strategic decisions.
• Exceptional organisational and multitasking skills to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
• Familiarity with Google Analytics and other tracking tools to assess campaign success.
• Proficient in using advanced Google Ads features, including audience segmentation, bid strategies, and conversion tracking.
