Shopee's Future Operations Leaders Program (FLP) is a 2-year program filled with on-the-job cross-functional experience and learning opportunities within the Operations of Shopee, the leading e-commerce company in Southeast Asia. This program entails rotations in our SCommerce and SPX Express departments.

SCommerce or Shopee Fulfillment Team is an integrated warehousing service by Shopee through fulfillment of orders under Serviced by Shopee (SBS) shops.

SPX Express is a logistics provider committed to providing fast and reliable delivery service for users across the Philippines. SPX is a trusted delivery partner to Shopee, the leading e-commerce platform in Southeast Asia and Taiwan.

• Assignment and ownership of Operations business-critical targets (KPIs) and meaningful projects
• On-the-ground rotations in Warehouse, Sorting Center and Hubs across the country designed for future Operations leaders

This program is open to graduates / graduating college students and young professionals with 3 years of work experience and below in FMCG, Logistics, or Supply chain companies.
