Role Pitch As a Senior Procurement Specialist (APAC) you will work closely with all parts of the business to support their procurement needs, which will include conducting go-to market tendering exercises to procure payment partners, technology vendors, and payroll service providers.

You will be working closely with key stakeholders demonstrating an ability to contribute, lead and add value on strategic initiative projects that align to the wider organisational objectives. You will be responsible for conducting RFIs, PQQs RFPs through our procurement strategic sourcing platform as well as managing the end-to-end commercial & contractual negotiations with suppliers.

Key Responsibilities Daily duties and main responsibilities will include:

Work independently and efficiently managing end-to-end tendering exercises such as RFIs, PQQs and RFPs in complex sub-regions & countries, evidencing clear value creation.
Management of all in-life procurement related activities for a dedicated number of strategic APAC based suppliers, including leading on contractual & commercial negotiations.
Conduct supplier spend analysis to ensure CloudPay are maximising value through its supply chain.
Work closely with Finance on understanding cost and monitoring against budgets.
Demonstrate procurement best practice, values and process effectively to both internal and external stakeholders.
Delivering all aspects of the role within the required business timeframes.

Description Attributes and Experience Required:

Demonstrable procurement experience with a clear understanding of core procurement methodology.
Expertise in strategic sourcing and demonstrable ability to in conduct tendering exercises.
Demonstrable knowledge of negotiation tactics, approaches & techniques.
Understanding and ability to handle contractual documents.
Experience in communicating with key organisational stakeholders.
Experience of working with global supply chains or regional supply chains, essential.
A flexible and dynamic individual who is motivated to drive positive change into the organization.
CIPS qualification desirable.
Please note that this is a mid-shift, 3:00 pm to 12:00 midnight, schedule - Hybrid set up, at least twice a month onsite (Makati office)
