Distribution Sales Executive

What You’ll Do:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned accounts, ensuring consistent sales growth 
• Manage Master Retailers/Distributors and achieve sales targets
• Conduct market visits and scout for potential resellers and dealers
• Work closely with promotion merchandisers to boost sell-through and product availability
• Design and execute sales-driven programs to maximize account performance
• Implement marketing initiatives across assigned accounts
• Process purchase orders (POs) and handle rebate claims efficiently
• Prepare and submit regular sales and administrative reports

What We’re Looking For:

✔️ Bachelor’s degree in any business-related course

✔️ At least 2 years of experience in distribution sales and account management

✔️ Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and problem-solving skills

✔️ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
