Role Description

This is an on-site full-time role for a Content Moderator located in Quezon City. The Content Moderator will be responsible for maintaining the quality and integrity of user-generated content across our platforms. Key tasks include reviewing, monitoring, and moderating content to ensure adherence to company policies and community guidelines. The role also involves providing customer support, offering technical assistance, and participating in training sessions to stay updated on best practices and policies.

• Strong Analytical Skills for evaluating content and maintaining quality standards
• Excellent Communication skills for interacting with users and team members
• Customer Service experience to provide support and address user concerns
• Technical Support skills to assist users with issues and ensure seamless content management
• Ability to participate in and conduct Training sessions to stay updated on policies and best practices
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to work on-site in Quezon City
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
