The Corporate Communications/Liaison Officer is the primary point of contact between the company and its corporate clients, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies. This role fosters strong business relationships, ensures compliance with industry regulations, and facilitates seamless communication between internal and external entities. The ideal candidate will have experience in telecommunications and distribution, with strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Act as the primary liaison between the company and corporate clients, regulatory bodies, and industry partners.
- Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders to support business growth and ensure smooth operations.
- Ensure compliance with telecommunications regulations, industry standards, and company policies.
- Coordinate and facilitate communication between different departments to ensure alignment with corporate objectives.
- Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes to advise the company on necessary adjustments.
- Represent the company in meetings, conferences, and industry events.
- Assist in contract negotiations and manage agreements with corporate partners.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for senior management and external stakeholders.
- Address client concerns, resolve conflicts, and provide solutions to enhance business relationships.
- Work closely with the sales, legal, and operations teams to drive strategic initiatives and partnerships.
Qualifications
- BPO work experience is a plus.
- Proven experience in corporate liaison, business development, or a related role within the telecommunications or distribution industry.
- Strong understanding of telecommunications regulations and industry trends.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to travel as needed for business engagements.
- Experience working with government agencies and regulatory bodies in the telecommunications sector.
- Knowledge of supply chain and distribution processes.
- Fluency in multiple languages is a plus.
