About the Job
Full-Time, Hybrid Setup – Mostly Remote Work
Responsibilities
HR & Finance Responsibilities:
- Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage hiring, onboarding, and employee records.
- Employee Relations: Handle employee concerns, conflicts, and engagement activities.
- Payroll: Process salaries, taxes, and government contributions.
- Bookkeeping: Record transactions and maintain financial records.
- Budgeting: Manage expenses and prepare financial reports.
Invoicing: Issue invoices and follow up on payments.
- Scheduling & Coordination: Oversee calendars, meetings, and appointments.
- Administrative Support: Manage emails, calls, correspondence, and documentation.
- General Task Management: Assist with various operational and organizational tasks as needed.
Additional Information
- Work is flexible and task-based, as long as deliverables are completed on time.
- Must be on call during work hours for urgent tasks.
- Occasional work on weekends for urgent matters or events.
