The Litigation Lawyer is responsible for the resolution of disputes (including using alternative dispute resolution methods such as arbitration or mediation) and representing the bank before, during and after court hearings.

The Responsibilities we will trust you with are

• Manage the entire litigation process, from investigation and assessment to pleadings, discovery, trial, settlement, and appeals
• Drafting and creation of pleadings and motions
• Preparation of briefs and other necessary documents

Your Qualifications and Your Experiences should be

• Holder of a Bachelor's Degree and admission to the Bar
• Proven working experience in litigation for 5 years and above
• Applicable knowledge of motions, discovery, evidence, litigation documentation, court rules and procedures, practices etc.
• Highly organized with ability to juggle multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong writing and communication skills along with attention to detail

You must be willing to be assigned in Makati and/or Ortigas.
