Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to oversee and lead our sales teams. The ideal candidate will lead and guide teams managing a diverse portfolio of brands, driving revenue growth and maintaining strong relationships with clients. The Sales Manager will be responsible for ensuring that sales objectives are met, while optimizing team performance and fostering a collaborative work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and mentor teams of sales professionals, providing guidance, setting sales targets, and ensuring that goals are met or exceeded. Provide strategic direction for each team and set, track, and evaluate sales performance while providing coaching and development.
Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with vendors and customers to drive sales and expand market presence. Oversee key accounts and ensure that customers receive exceptional service and satisfaction. Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling.
Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to develop and increase revenue and growth. Ensure effective brand and product positioning and promotion.
Ensure that each team has the necessary resources, training, and support to effectively market the assigned brands. Ensure alignment on goals and brand-specific strategies with product managers and sales teams.
Prepare sales and performance analysis and reports for senior management. Provide accurate sales forecasts and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs). Use data-driven insights to adjust strategies, forecast trends, and set achievable goals.
Work closely with supply chain, marketing, and other departments to ensure alignment on sales initiatives, product launches, seamless delivery of products and services, and promotional activities. Collaborate with the finance department to develop competitive and attractive pricing strategies.
Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing company standards. Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending workshops, reviewing professional publications, establish personal networks, benchmark industry practices, and participate in professional societies.
