Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, multimedia arts, or any related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of two years of hands-on design and implementation of business solutions though fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.

Knowledge & Experience:

• Can work onsite (Philippines Office)
• Passionate about UI and Web design trends.
• Strong understanding of Web usability, interaction design, and information architecture.
• Proficient in creating UI wireframes using tools such as Figma (preferred), Adobe XD, and Sketch.
• Has good communication and presentation skills and can defend designs to stakeholders and other departments.
• Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
• Skilled at working within a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
• Has a strong problem-solving skill
• Has mobile app design experience (designed mobile apps before).
• Highly self-motivated and self-directed.
• Keen attention to detail.

Advantage but not required:

• Has experience in designing B2B, SaaS, or enterprise software is a plus.
• Can analyze quantitative data and use appropriate data visualization is a plus.
• Knowledgeable in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator for creating graphic assets.
• A background in game development, specifically in game design and character design, is a plus.
• Knowledge of 3D modelling tools such as Blender, Spline, or other 3D tools is a plus.
